When borrowing or studying anything it is Borrower Beware, but also get advice from people you know and trust. That's what we're here for, and realize people connect with different things. One man's guru is anothers garbage. And even 'garbage' can have worthwhile things hidden in it. I also thank ronko for taking down a post that continued the negativity. See the Flying Phoenix discussion from page 188 to 190 to realize how Sifu Terry, Bak Fu Pai tradition, and the Flying Phoenix Qigong system were completely unjustly targeted and smeared by sock puppets and vicious trolling related to ausar and people sympathetic to him. Their intent was to create confusion and/or scam people out of money. The FP discussion thread was put under Sifu Terry's direct moderation because of this. Here is how Sifu Terry summarized the situation nearly two years ago: On 7/22/2018 at 5:51 AM, zen-bear said: thread was recently invaded and polluted (as it has in the past) by trollers trying to insidiously divert FPCK subscribers to scam-sites such as "ausar.org" and "ironpalm.com", which sell illegally obtained videos of 6th-generation Grandmaster Doo Wai of the Bok Fu Pai tradition demonstrating some advanced BFP practices. He like Ausar is now also making new claims about meditations but nothing compared to the extent of Ausars lies. Quote Meanwhile what people don't know is that GMDW has not authorized him to teach and has actually expelled him from anything to do with BFP. He is sending his people out to try and recruit others with the promise of light body. But pay for the basic system and it won't be long before he says you have an entity and need to purchase another system of a higher level. He is an out and out crook. GMDW is ill and he is taking advantage of him and spiritual seekers. This information is not only important for the people that might want to empty their wallets for renamed meditations that Jim used to less for less than $100 but also for the people that have been conned and really believe Ausar can take away your light body. He cannot and has no power at all. He is a 24 kid backed by Elijah the well known con artist who steals systems and poses as a master. If you have done one if the meditations he sells and it feels powerful it's because it is stolen from Bak Fu Pai. It's probably not even called what he told you it is or even does what he told you it does. These meditations are not supposed to be altered or grouped in mix and match fashions. Some people could have bad reactions and actually get ill. By all accounts some people have. With all this it's very clear that digging through garbage in this case only leads to getting in contact with toxic sewage. Why don't the current TDB moderators seem to have real care about a serious scam operation that rocked the board two years ago and lead to heavy consequences like people getting defrauded and sick from purposively perverted practice claimed to be authentic? Please note the additional complication that many GMDW videos are definitely illegally appropriated per GMDW's Youtube statement that Sifu Terry brought up. Move on. Or don't. Why bring as much attention to Ausar as you can? I get the feeling he's a pretty small player unless you've decided to make a big deal out of him, giving him more press and eyes on the internet. I suggest letting this go.
