Hi guys.I'm mostly interested in a very specific goal:- gathering all awareness exercises, breathing techniques and other tips that help all people and especially the ones with severe energy blocks/stagnations feel chi in the fastest amount of time possible.

Welcome.  What helped me feel qi was to get some sort of transmission or healing done, by someone like a Reiki master or other styles of energy healing.  After that, I was tuned into my body's energy pretty well. Enjoy the forum!

That will be a huge amount of information, at times contradicting information, and will leave you confused and without progression. 

 

Pick one method. It will be more fun.

I'll throw two into the hat.  One, shaking; shake the body, bend the knees, get the whole body shaking and vibrating, keep it up 10 to 15 minutes, slow down, feel..

Second Pan Gu form.  Very Quick & simple.  below is the version I learned.   note* There is another thats considered more 'official'
