Cornelius

Hello

Recommended Posts

I had an account before but it has seemed to vanished (or I was dreaming for all these years).  Either way, hello again and thank you for being such a vast community of minds, stories, wisdom, and shared knowledge.  With every year that passes, I still feel like a beginner and when I have questions (and no teacher) this forum has been great for support and insight.

I've recently found a new Taiji teacher that I'm excited about and am looking for meditation help to build upon that physical practice.  I have some experience with standing meditations and Soto Zen meditations.  I currently looking for something more active to "expand" all of my practices.

Any advise, lending library recommendations, or download links are greatly appreciated.

Thank you again,

Cornelius

(Today I was looking at Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson's 2 tai chi meditation CD's online; but before, I thought I'd ask on here.)

Good luck in your pursuits and best wishes to you,

Hi Cornelius,

Welcome (back).  I couldn't find your old account name, so I approved this so you can start on your journey.  Good to hear you've found a new teacher. I am sure this forum will be a valuable reference in your journey to come. Enjoy :)

You are welcome to jump right in to the ongoing discussions, revive an older thread, start a new thread of your own, or start a discussion in the "Newcomer Corner" sub-forum to expand on your introduction or ask general questions to help you get started.

May you enjoy your time here.

Fa Xin
