Is ‘desire’ just a release of dopamine?

Is that all it comes down to? Control the release of dopamine in the brain, and desires are controlled, right?

 

But most traditions say that desire arises from the heart.

There is a yin qi source and a yang qi source but both originate from the yuan qi that is beyond the body/mind - as the 5th dimension.

So at the age of 16 - for a normal person - then their yang qi energy is the strongest but also their left brain mind takes over as the emotional heart/thinking. So this left brain dominance is the yin qi that leaves the eyes (without substance) as the illusion of the external yang shen (sun) - this is a subconscious trigger of the Yuan  Qi of the third eye. The normal person does not know that their pineal gland is the third eye - since their "ancestral cavity" has not been opened.

 

So then such a person loses their yang qi as they go along with their "instinctual" loses - based on their proclivities.

As they get older then they have to rely on yin qi sources to replace their hormonal yang qi source - so the yin qi source is from food.

So the yin qi without substance - from the heart - is proportional to how much yang qi is stored in the body. The charge is stored in the lecithin.

 

So in both cases it originates from the yuan qi but YES the yang qi is equivalent to the hormones of the lecithin - the dopamine of the vagus nerve. So for example a lady called "Witch" used to post on this site - she authored a book for females to increase their sex drive based on a dopamine diet. Western science has proven that dopamine injections into males will increase their sex drive.

But that does not reveal the QI source of the hormones.

 

So for example in Tantra - a young female can be a source of hormonal energy that is converted from yin qi directly - but it then has to be purified back into yang qi inside the body. But then this yin qi can be shot back into the female via the yang qi - out of the pineal gland. So in Tantra then the male and female then can have continual mutual bliss triggered by their mutual vagus nerve kundalini activations - and as this energy builds up then it returns to the Yuan Qi source in the heart - that is the final stage of tantra called "emptying out the lower realm of Form" after the "realm of bliss" is emptied out. So it feels like a magnetic qi love from the heart that is interwoven between the male and female - non-locally. But this is STILL not the real Yuan Qi source that has to rely on the Emptiness without form. So it is just a taste of activating the yuan qi. So the Tantra can be a CATALYST but since it relies on the male emitting out his yang qi source energy - as a higher frequency out of the pineal gland - into the female - then this burns up the males yang qi energy. This is why it is called "Evil Fire of the Heart" - and turns a male into a ghost immortal.

We are Pavlovian animals.   We set up 'If Then' Loops around many of our behaviors.  Some things physically light up our pleasure senses, ie fat sugar sex**.  Some things do it psychologically, praise, material gains.   

 

We set up or are conditioned to set up feed back loops.  I suppose in the spiritual game its a matter of setting up healthy disciplines and down grading desires into preferences.  Where I'm happy if I do, and its fine if I don't.
