Static electricity.  Happens to me all the time in areas where there is low humidity.  Doesn't, or rarely happens when humidity is above 40 %.

Didn't rain here yesterday or last night but the humidity is still high:  87%

 

I just tried with the paper towel and piece of paper.  Didn't work.

 

But then, an alternative:

 

Almost always, when I open a new pack of smokes the cellophane wrapping will stick to my fingers.  Don't know what it is about cellophane but it is very conductive to my energy.

Another demo above, I dropped the bit rate of the video.

 

So, Pull energy from the energy center in your palm that is on the piece of paper, and form a bond with the paper.

Still doesn't work for me.

 

I'll try it again during the winter which is my low humidity time of the year for me and even better when it's really cold and the heater is running and removing the humidity in the house.
