Good luck in your pursuits and best wishes to you, Fa Xin and the TDB team Welcome Heluchua, Many of the "practices" in Daoism are interpretations and techniques from people trying to get closer to the nature of Dao. Things like Inner Alchemy, the rituals in some Daoist schools and Tai chi chuan even - they are all peoples efforts to understand the unnameable Dao. Many schools of thought - no one more right than another. Either way, I hope the posts here will help to shed light on the different practices. Welcome You are welcome to jump right in to the ongoing discussions, revive an older thread, start a new thread of your own, or start a discussion in the "Newcomer Corner" sub-forum to expand on your introduction or ask general questions to help you get started.
