There are a few things I'd like to see happen next but I asked several times and have learned to sometimes wait a while and bring it up again. Overall, I do feel things are running well. Staff needs to continue to exercise a balance in life vs TDB. The dedication that some folks can give while in staff is admirable and hard to replace. I try to remind them that it is ok to not be here so much. But you know the feeling... folks give their time and energy and an investment back to the board.
