In the Northern Darkness, there is a Fish...

Recommended Posts

I can't help but wonder if "the Northern Darkness" and "The Lake of Heaven" are describing energy centers in the body and the transformation of k'un to peng describes a meditation visualization  (among other things).

Dunno, but since generally the descriptions of the way are scaleable for humanity, nation states, social circles and individual constitutions,,, Your application is probably a fair fit.

I think ZZ is way beyond energy centers... but this did make me think whether he sees the energy centers are a transformational shift of the human perception.

Hi dawei,

When a paradigm shifts, everything returns to zero.

zero?

zero point field          .

within that great yawning O, owe, oh,

lie all the past and future, unborn and undying

and the present sits here... like an uncarved lump

an empty, grinning idiot

what audacity!

what authenticity!

truth?

Hi nohbody,

Nice to be reconnected with you again - this time in a different domain.

The above item in blue are Greek to me; will read up.

Hi Creighton,

You sure is a man of few words - brevity the soul of wits?

Enjoyed you prose. From zero to the truth? Thank you.

Hi Creighton,

Your prose is contagious.

From something to nothing?

From somebody to nobody?

Final Taoist paradigm - THE VOID?

Hi Lost in Translation,

It's all right, it's all right and alright.

If you do not get through the night.

It's all wrong and so wrong,

If you do not get your song.

It is so sad and so very bad,

Whenever Mum scolds Dad.

I am very happy and scary,

If I roller-coaster with Sally.

Yesterday and tomorrow?

Yes, but today no sorrow.

Hi nohbody,

I always enjoy typing nobody with a 'h'.

Please do not fly off the handle when I say that you are kind of 'off'. Why?

You have captioned your thread - In the Northern Darkness, there is a Fish...

But 'Fish...' = what? Something fishy?

From - https://www.morewords.com/starts-with/fish/ - 'Fish...' can mean -

fishability fishbolt fishbone fishbowl fisher fisherfolk fisherman fisherwoman fishery fisheye fishgig fishhook
fishhooks fishline fishmeal fishmonger fishnet fishplate fishpole fishpond fishtail fishway fishwife fishworm

Don't ever ask me the meaning of all the above fishy words. If you try, I will chop you up with the relish of a fishmonger. I will treat you worse than a mongrel.

So?

Am I off?

North on chinese maps are down.

On the Nei Jing Tu,  the northern sea would correspond to Kan water, Peng might correspond to the one yang hidden in water that rises up the spine,  Lake of Heaven might correspond to the Heavenly pool in the head, and so on.

I haven't got the text close by, but these texts usually can be interpreted on multiple levels,  so I am sure you might find more correllations.

So?

Hi nohbody,

I was pulling your legs.

I respect your experiences, learning, knowledge, sharing ... per your reality.

They pertain to your own road less traveled - I can never travel on your path.

Don't know how. But I like your approaches.

Sometimes I question my own path which may not be linear. Still searching ...

All good wishes to you.
