Iron Crotch Training Help

I am from Singapore. I am into QiGong and anything MetaPhysical.

 

I learnt Iron Crotch QiGong from a Singapore Master around Changi Road area for about 2 years before beginning my own Self practice. 

 

For my own Self practice, I carried a 20 kg weight and swing them forward/backward 500 times (about 15 minutes) - about 2 times per week. I have been doing this on my own for about 4 years now.

 

However, I noticed that after my training, i always feel more irritable and hot-tempered. I understand that it is because of the "Hot Qi" built-up in my body. How could I dissipate this Hot Qi properly without resorting to medicine or sexual ejaculation ? I would like to build up my Qi and take this as a spiritual training.

 

Any students of Master Tu JinSheng or Master Mantak Chia who could share their knowledge would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to the bums :)

 

You might do some physical exercise after your training like going out for a run or a walk somewhere surrounded by trees and/or water.
