A special day for those who believe in PI.

 

Many people don't believe in PI.

 

Some say Pi are squared.

 

Others say Pi is round.

 

Whatever your beliefs - enjoy the day.

Until it is eaten and becomes an aspect of the void.

 

You can eat a constant but it remains a constant.

 

Voids can't have aspects.

If I go any further with this it will get silly.  I'll stop here.

 

It's fun to ruminate using PI as an example of an undefined concept though. Kind of microcosm of what passes for thought these days. Using words and puns is great fun.

Pi is very well defined! It just happens to be both irrational and transcendental.

 

 

And delicious -- especially a nice peach cobbler with a little vanilla ice cream.

Pi only becomes truly ONEderful when you add e to it. Thus in English pie, but in mathematics Euler's identity:

What I find really interesting is that two of the most important irrational Constants pi and e can be related in such a way that they yield any integer at all, much less the most ONEderful of them all, and also of course it shows that all of the pi/pie homonym puns are actually a divine revelation.  Funny isn't it?  I think its hilarious myself.

So let's consider that Pi is a constant.

 

I submit that the only constant is Dao.

 

Therefore, using circular logic. Pi is Dao.

 

When you look at it, it's not sufficient to be seen;
When you listen to it, it's not sufficient to be heard;
Yet when you use it, it can't be used up.

Your syllogism still isn't working :-)

 

You could try defining PI in terms of Pie. That might be made to work as pies are often roughly circular.

Pies can be squared too.

i think that is a fra-ority i partied with on campus once

or was it phi pi, i think both actually
