Dao House

Hello from Dao House

Recommended Posts

Hello!

Joining to share and find out what's going on in other places of the Dao flowing world.

As a member of the DaoUSA residency program hosted at Dao House under the guidance of Yun Xiang Tseng, I was looking to find places and people that are of a common affinity. We host various programs and retreats here that are aligned with the Dao way of life.

Master Yun Xiang Tseng, known as "Chen", is a Wu Dang Daoist priest and healer.  He comes from a direct line of Wu Dang Daoist teachers, a lineage that is over 700 years old and completely unbroken.  At a young age he was chosen to study on Wu Dang Mountain with the Wu Dang master Li Cheng Yu.  After intensive study with Master Li, she sent Master Chen to the United States to share this ancient wisdom and healing art.

Master Chen is known for his profound knowledge of the Wu Dang tradition and his ability to engage his students with depth and humor.  Thousands of students from around the world have been inspired to seek 'the master within' with Master Chen.

~Blessings in the Dao~

Hello Dao House, and welcome.

Your membership is approved and we're happy you found your way to us. We look forward to accompanying you on some of the way that you still have to go.

Please take the time to read the two posts pinned at the top of this Welcome page and take a look at the forum terms and rules. This covers all you need to know when getting started.

For the first week you will be restricted to ten posts per day but after that you can post as much as you like. Also, until you’ve posted fifteen times in the forums, you’ll be a “Junior Bum” with somewhat restricted access and will be allowed only two private messages per day.

Good luck in your pursuits and best wishes to you,

Marblehead and the TDB team

Hi Dao House,

You must know that my mind had a play with your user name.

You are welcome to jump right in ongoing discussions, revive an older thread, or start a discussion in the "Newcomer Corner" sub-forms to expand on your introduction or ask general questions to help you get started.

May you enjoy your time here.

Welcome, honored to have you.  Big fan of Master Chen.

Hopefully I'm thinking of the same person http://wudangtao.org/content/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=52&Itemid=163 and http://wudangtao.org/content/index.php?page=shop.browse&category_id=6&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=57&vmcchk=1&Itemid=57.

I've enjoyed reading his blog and his audio's and guided meditations.
