joeblast Posted May 4, 2016 Sotg's stuff is perhaps the most potent stuff I have come across. There's a plethora of techs that build together a strong framework, his insights always prescient, and he definitely walks the walk. Never had a transmission that was like a full on lamp in my head before, quite intense. Things have accelerated since practicing his stuff. There's not a lot of 54 year olds out there that can do a split up against a pole, flip his legs in full lotus without using his hands, and utilize weights that have an inch of dust on them at most gyms.
