lucid dreaming

Recommended Posts

Galantamine is a prescription only medication used to combat the effects of Alzheimer's disease.

As one of the side effects is hallucinations the dreams it may produce could be anything but lucid. The vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhoea could also prove interesting whilst in the dream state.

Galantamine Side-effects

vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, decreased appetite, weight loss, bradycardia, hypertension, syncope, hallucination, depression, dizziness, tremor, headache, fatigue, malaise, muscle spasm, fall, laceration; less commonly retching, dehydration, hypotension, flushing, palpitation, arrhythmias, first-degree AV block, taste disturbance, paraesthesia, seizures, hypersomnia, muscular weakness, blurred vision, tinnitus, hypersensitivity, sweating; rarely exacerbation of Parkinson’s disease, hepatitis.

Not that I have much talent for it, but seems to me the main ingredient is strong focused intent (developed over time with practice), everything else is a minor ingredient.
