Personnal practice

So this is prob wrong thread but i cant post in relavent area as not been on here long enough i think.

 

So im thinking of arranging my practice around two basic days. One more gentle and one more physical.

 

Gentle day: Reiki, tai chi

 

Physical day: bio energy meditation, yoga

 

Does this seem reasonable? Your advice?

Level 2 but doing 3 in december :) and u?

 

I Like taggarts books, my reiki practice would be hatsurei ho, symbol meditation and scanning/regular hand position self treatments. :)
