Nungali Posted November 6, 2014 Last night, continuous, for over 3 hours, some peals went for 40 seconds, one was a blinding explosion. So I tuned out the lights and sat inside and watched the light show (I got lots of windows ... including big skylights).  Even worse further south  http://www.smh.com.au/environment/weather/storm-lashes-sydney-in-peak-hour-20141105-11hfwz.html  It must have blew the relay tower on top of the mountain last night ... all tv and radio out for the night ..   Now its back, sattelite shows 2 storm fronts about to converge on Nungaliville -  Please ! No hail though ! (garden is still damaged from hail this time last year)  At least it is drought and bushfire relief.
Marblehead Posted November 6, 2014 Yeah, nature's light shows are pretty impressive as long as they don't get too close.
Nungali Posted November 6, 2014 (edited) Here, with the steep narrow long valley it just keeps echoing and rumbling up and down , very grumbly with ground vibrations. Â Escaped the hail ... it came through further south ... all gone, now - back to that drought! Edited November 6, 2014 by Nungali
