Here's another story from a Western practitioner.
A bit radical as well but each to their own.
The mind needs to be approached softly and slowly as it behaves like a shy crayfish, go hard or too fast and it will hide deep in the hole...you won't pull it out that way. You need to be like a gentle stream.
