Puppies have more energy than 62- year old men. Fact!

Recommended Posts

You heard it here first.

9-week old puppies have more energy than 62-year old men.

Mrs GMP is on a dog grooming course all week so I'm flying solo here wrangling the new puppy.

Man I am so tired.

Miss Olive the puppy has plumb worn me out.

New plan for tomorrow.

I'll nap when the puppy naps.

Next game here is 'Hunt the slipper.'

One is where it should be but I suspect that the missing one may have been buried.

:)

Respect!

We just had the two boys under five but it felt like more at the time.

Today I am resolved to nap like a puppy.

Right now she's eating a cushion.

And when 2 are twins ... all sorts of tricks get played ; put different jumpers on so people can tell them apart ... they secretly swap jumpers ... :D ... make 'babies' out of soggy soap and other stuff in the bath and when you hear a racket going on there and go in to check they throw them at you;

" HEY! What was that?"

"Baby ... you are going to have a baby ... " they pelt me with two more .

"No WAY! " <runs off deflecting potential babies>

Mum; "Whats going on in there? "

"Dont go in, you will get a fertility poppet thrown at you."

Mum; < gives me a weird look and goes out to the yard> "Well, you better clean up your mess!"

..... " MY mess ? "

... peeks back in through crack in bathroom door - they are playing nicely , all motherly like with the 'babies' - then .....

remove the plug and feed them to the drain suction

Puppy Olive update.

Here she is with her big 'sister' Miss Alice both looking totally cute.

We know her as Puppy Olive but she knows for a fact that she is

' Fang the Merciless. Destroyer of Worlds' ( starting with slippers and then the furniture).

So far she has eaten ....

1: The base out of a cane chair.

That was fun when I sat in it!

2: The corners off an oak side table ( oak is HARD!").

3: My 'sacrificial' slippers.

4: A summer-weight cloth cap.

5: Some socks but not any complete pairs, just 'some socks'.

6: ( As I type) My left shoelace.

Sod all of Mrs GMPs eaten at all, just my stuff.

Hmnn I wonder if there's any synergy putting 3 under 5 with puppy?

And may the best species win.
