How low . . . for lower dantian (?)

What are some of the factors that determine how high or low the lower dantian turns out to be in a person (?)

 

For example: Winn suggests that Women have historically had it higher (about at navel) . . . but now have it about the same as Men (typically 3 inches or so below navel).

 

I've had a significant sexual component to my practice . . . and my lower dantian is just above the pubic bone.
