My name is Mark and I am a certified instructor for I Liq Chuan currently living out in London, UK. I've studied quite a few martial arts... loved all of them and I've been reall lucky to find some great teachers that I resonated with. Its really through I Liq Chuan that I've found more interest in Zen and Taoism because of how my Sifu structured his art. Anyhow greetings...
