taijiquan silk reeling exercise

I think the 13 posture (in Chinese the word is more form of movement then posture) of sun feng
are basic silk reeling exercise. it contain all taijiquan form moves if done properly .
every single silk reeling should be done with all variation (big small , fist open hand ,and more)
and to all direction , until it become spontaneous qigong. I am a yang style taijiquan and not chen style , but in most yang style silk reeling is missing.

for example wave hand in clouds can be done with elbows . and it can be done

short range = hand near the body.it can be done small distance between the hands (small frame). and more
