Good examples/recipes of quality vegetarian/gluten free food

 

I am looking for some ideas, and am considering changing my diet a little bit

Im feeling a need intuitively personally to become more clean with my food, had some really bad meat, but was pretty good for purposes of grounding, but hopefully I can keep the balance..

 

Had a friend who said that gluten free was the one thing that helped with his chronic fatigue syndrome and met a few other people that swear by gluten free

You just need to eat healthy foods like veges, non-fats like chicken and fish. Eat a mixture of nuts like almond, walnut, Brazil nut, cashew and hazelnut for snacks. Eat some peanuts but not too much. Practice Chi Kung daily or constantly is a must.
