Hey Bubbles,

I'm sure some of us might be able to practice a little bit later, what time would like the session to be at? We can do an opinion poll to see who is available at the time you propose. At the moment only a few of us are practicing online, that's why there is only one timeslot, but the more we are, and the more difficult it's gonna be to organize the session at the right time for everybody, and in this case other timeslots will be created. It's just up to everybody that is interested to give me his availibilities and I'll try to work something out that pleases everybody.

Best,

Aurélien

Hi Aurélien,

Thanks for your willingness to find convenient times for sessions. Actually, I wasn't asking that you adjust to my practice time..but of course, if some people can practice with me, I am all for it :).

My practice usually starts at 1.30 pm PDT. Taking into account the DST that will start tonight until oct,26, it means that my practice starts at 10.30 pm UTC+2.

Take care

No worries Bubbles

So it means you can practice for 30 min with us the practice starting at 1 pm PDT. If you want next week we can make the session last 30 min more, and in this way you will have a 1 hour practice with us.

I will try, but not sure

Hello Aurilien,

Sorry I couldn't make practice session last week or yesterday. (I don't know if there was one on 25th. ) I had to work all day both days and couldn't take a break during the practice times.

I will make a suggestion for the content of next week's Friday FP practice. But thus far, your agendas thus far have been fine, especially for newcomers. Good work and leadership!

Best,

Sifu Terry

Don't worry if you missed it there will be other sessions =), by the way we can as well try to find other timeframes to practice, if it suits better the agendas of people that want to join the group.

I'm looking forward for your suggestion of tomorrow's session

Kind regards,

Aurélien

Hi guys,

I can't practice FP those days anymore, my sinuses conditions worsen, which makes it really hard to breath properly and knowing exactly if I have done well the breathing sequence, I went to see a ENT specialist and I have a killian polyp which basically obstructs almost all my sinuses on one side and goes even at the back of my throat. And so I have to get a surgery to get it removed. I always had some allergies, and asthma, bronchitis, stuff like that. I will go and see as well a lung specialist to see if everything is okay as I tend to feel oppressed at some times, I thought the FP might help, but apparently not necessarily, it depends. So I guess it's better for my to give a break to my practice until it gets better... But don't worry I will still take care of the friday FP group sessions, and organize it. I hope more people will come to join too.

Best,

Aurélien

Hi Aurélien,

I am really sorry to hear that you have to stop your practice because of your current sinuses condition. Hopefully, after the surgery you will be able to breathe better :)

If you don't mind, I will pray for your forthcoming surgery (can you tell us approximately when it is scheduled ?).

Thank you for organizing the FP worldwide events. :)
If ever you have to be away from your computer during the time surgery/recovery (btw during anytime you have to be away) I can be in charge of the organization until you come back.

Thanks again, and take good care of yourself,

Bubbles

Thank you Bubbles that's nice. It's a small surgery, nothing risky, it should be okay. Yeah I really hope I will breath better, it's a pity to have such a marvellous system to his reach and not be able to use it. I will tell you exactly about the date of the surgery, it's not scheduled yet,and in case I can't organize the events you can replace me of course. =)

Take care too,

Aurélien
