If the info in her bio are correct, she is one of the people to stay away from. But then, most "teachers" nowadays are like this it seems.

Neat article :). The whole returning of periods thing is pretty nifty. I had it happen. (I had started menopause quite early). My friends don't like the idea of that possibility however LOL.

 

Odd, the author doesn't mention her Neidan lineage or any of her teachers in her bio.

 

These are handy for women, different weights :)http://www.babeland.com/babeland-ami-balls-/d/3002_c_129 though my old teacher who had gone over such stuff with me was talking much more weight than those (eventually). I definitely wouldn't want to go to higher weights without a teacher guiding the process.

 

Packing energy into the ovaries; I would really hope folks don't learn such things from books!
