Â I learned from Pavel on dragondoor.com: if you want to hit a slapshot and hit it hard, give it 70% effort. 100% effort hits with 50% less force and is unsustainable. Â Along those lines, spiritual cultivation doesn't work very well with full time effort. You might as well set it to a couple hours a day and have a fun life while you are at it.
