It's illegal in some US cities to collect rain water from your own gutters. I mean wow. Rain falls from heaven free and unregulated

I have read some articles on this - utter insanity, but nothing shocks me anymore :( !!!

The government is not about serving 'the people' - its about profit, profit and more profit.

A few weeks back their was an online article about a new tax (yes, yet another one!) - for the air we breathe. Honestly !!!

It is up to 'us' to stop this insanity.

Question EVERYTHING !!!

Whatever happened to that Labour Government (vote winning) idea of a few years back, to tax anyone with a nice "view" from the windows of their own Homes ? (and No, I'm NOT Joking for those of you not in the UK).

If we earn ANY Money in wages, we're TAXED on it.

If we buy any Food / Drink to live on, we're taxed on that too.

If we buy petrol to get to / from work, we're TAXED yet again...

If we invest OUR OWN MONEY and manage to get a pittance in Interest from a Bank, Building Society, etc., guess what, we're taxed on that...

If we're frugal & manage to save some money, we lose the chance to get free benefits from the state !!!

If we die with loads of money, the state makes our dependants pay Inheritance TAX !!!!

Anybody starting to see a pattern here ?????

7th richest country in the world - UK.

Austerity for the unemployed, low paid and disabled.

Queen gets a 6 million UK Pounds increase in her allowance, tax free I believe. Read somewhere the queen is worth 177 trillion UK Pounds. She owns 1/6th of the world's land.

The Bilderbergers meet this weekend in the UK, near Watford at The Grove Hotel. The rich boys and girls who decide what the political puppets will do for them.

Back to Austerity Britain, and a fine rousing speech from Owen Jones.

Speaking of overthrowing systems...

I dig the way Iceland handled their economic crisis.

Fire the current government.

Rewrite their constitution.

Jail the bankers.

Big bullocks to the rest of the international banking community.

Interested to see how it pans out.

Indeed ! Their are always solutions.

And, yes - well done to Iceland. After listening to an interview with Miles Johnston, it appears that the Irish people are now questioning their politicians and bankers. Interesting times.
