Basher Posted March 28, 2013 No, no & no............(IMO) Should there be ? Jobs wise, opportunities wise, treatment wise, every other wise .... ? Probably. Women are (generally) better at multi-tasking, so would actually make better pilots etc. Men are (generally) better at concentrating on one think at a time & perhaps delving in that thing a bit deeper.
