I've been a long time reader of The Tao Bums forums but have never got around to getting involved in the discussions so I thought it was finally time to get around to this. I'm a daily meditation and Qi Gong practitioner, mainly with spiritual motivations for my practice. I attend many classes a week at Gathering Essence in Edinburgh, Scotland (www.gatheringessence.com) where they teach The Master Game (www.themastergame.co,uk). I have found this extremely powerful and has completely transformed my life in every aspect since I started just a year and a half ago. I have undergone many significant changes in this time, including experiencing a Kundalini opening in my first of these retreats and I have been experiencing constant large energetic shifts over this time.
