Do what the wisdom you have directs you to do to meet the objectives you have. If, when objectives are met and if the compassion within you is sufficient to cause you to share what you've learned with others, well...you will...as have I here.

 

I know not your objective. If CCA, well advised you are by offerings to this Forum. If more (male) hormones is it, well that's easy, reduce ejaculations...easier said than done though...suggest SKF training. Indeed SKF facility and CCA achievement require seminal retention...your objective may be a means to a more significant one.

 

If your objective is otherwise, I may be of significantly less utility to you...but happy to find out I am...to wit: what are your objectives?

as for objectives.. hmm. i'm starting the MCO practice as outlined by james mcneil of the little nine heaven system (which includes weightlifting) as it's recommended to start on a monday. i do believe in semen retention and if having a crown chakra "experience" (orgasm doesn't seem to fit) is the byproduct of these type of practices then by all means sign me up.

 

i have light weights, my problem is finding a device or building a device to hang from. i don't know if i'd hang from my sack though as pulling them down lightly with your hand hurts enough; currently practicing getting used to that.

 

Chi gong exercise is an important precursor to chi weightlifting for at least two reasons, it warms up the the muscles that will be strained, most importantly the BS, and develops the jing energy that will be distilled into chi during the weightlifting training. Simple overhand jelqing is probably the best method of achieving these objectives. Which brings up two important points, training should include roughly equal portions of time spent kegeling against an unliftable (by kegel flexing) training weight and kegeling against a liftable (by kegel flexing) training weight.

 

this is something that i've wanted to do for a while as well, kegel weight training.

Interesting. So, why do you choose to use a clamp instead of the traditional cloth braided like a Chinese finger trap?

 

And, you're saying that hanging below the sack is more for facilitating CCAs...whereas hanging above the sack may be better for hormone surges?

 

But, if you tied it above your sack, wouldn't you run the risk of ripping your balls off?

 

And, have you experienced any burst capillaries or injuries yet?

 

Also, what if you just yank on your penor for resistance? I guess that would just be more work to keep pulling that hard? So, using weights are easier?

Right...it's been clear to me for some time that orgasm is an inappropriate descriptor for the state, awareness is much more appropriate.

I'm not familiar with that system or author, but it matters not, your experience will guide your practice irrespective of how it was launched.

A silk scarf wrapped as I described earlier in this thread will work well up to some weight ('bout 10-12lbs. for me) beyond which constriction issues present sufficiently to warrant an alternate attachment method. There a many other means of attachment, but I prefer a BIB hanger...developed for penis enlargement, but well suited for chi weightlifting.

i don't know if i'd hang from my sack though as pulling them down lightly with your hand hurts enough; currently practicing getting used to that.

This is an obvious point of diversion in the two forms of chi weightlifting...from the penis is meant to develop the BS muscle (and pelvic musculature in general) in order to improve seminal retention skills (SKF) for the expressed purpose of MCO mastery and the CCA experience that said mastery allows (which is the Great Straight-Upward Path of Enlightenment of the Tibetan Book of the Dead)...from the scrotum is meant to develop glandular tone and more esoteric functions that I'm not qualified to comment on...it has not been something that's been consistent with my objectives, therefore not something that I've pursued.

Yes, at some weight, no doubt about it. I don't hang that way though, again I think the previous post will clarify what I do.

No injuries, indeed extraordinarily good health.

The BS muscle is a lot stronger, even the untrained one, than both human arms combined...need a lot of force to develop it. Wind power can help though :)

alright, sounds good. i'm going to try to find some type of cloth i can hang with, or maybe make my own device to hang some light weights and see what it's like; light in this context is 2.5lbs.

 

another thing i'm training with is... you guessed it... testicle pull ups! i think the goal of that is to be able to suck them into your stomach but i'm sure that must make you sterile... your stomach's heat would cook your to-be children.

I used to do this practice religiously. The most I would lift is 42 lbs. but I would swing it really hard while contracting against the inertia.

 

Yes, the practice produces energy. But it has long-term results you may not want. Traditionally the weight is tied around cock and balls. I have tried all 3 styles.

 

One of the results of this practice is a stretching of the tendons and ligaments in the scrotal sack. My balls hang lower then normal and it really sucks. Girls find it attractive, pretty much, but it is a real nuisance. My balls are huge, and the arteries very large. Some of those guys in Hong Kong need surgery to shorten their testicles.

 

BE WARNED! This practice will cause body modifications! Tying to penis alone has had some reported cases of severe damage as well. This practice, while promoted for potency, is actually for the opposite purpose. Most people don't know this, and it takes years before they learn the true intent of this practice.

 

Now that I am approaching 40, I see the practice for what it is--an expression of self-hate due to blocked sexual force.

 

Never get involved in this sort of thing.

Wow, that is a shocking condemnation of the practice! Who was your teacher- I wonder if you received proper instruction? I have done a fair bit of research on this art and that is the only negative report I've found from a practitioner- most have been quite the opposite. In my school, I have never seen anyone swinging that heavy a weight 'really hard', as you wrote. Anyway, I don't want to promote an agenda here, but rather get at truth.

 

I recall reading a post by a well know neijia master who called this practice the 'original and most powerful form of chi kung.'

 

I will say that this practice, more than most, calls for, in my opinion, good instruction, real sobriety in the practice, and increasing weight very gradually and incrementally.

i had seen your post and was considering PM'ing you but i saw you hadn't been active for some time. i figured that it would involve tying around both to develop the "thunder power." while i really don't want to stretch anything down there (i wouldn't mind if it was shorter) i wouldn't mind having some marble testicles.

 

why do you think it causes impotence and do you think any of your vast array of injuries could have contributed to your perspective? i'm not doubting your experience, in fact, i'm glad you posted as to offer another opinion other than "it's a good practice." but you did seem to get injured pretty often.

 

from what i have read online, the people who study under either james mcneil or tu jin-sheng, the experiences are positive in their practices of weight lifting.

 

another thing to take notice of is that apparently the shaolin version of this practice was for monks, who i doubt wanted to have amazing sexual powers when they where celibate. then again, the practices james mcneil teach aren't from shaolin and i'm not sure of tu jin-sheng's origins.

 

however, thanks to your post, i do realize this isn't something to joke with and i am for the most part going to at the very least halt this down. i think i somehow pissed off james mcneil in that he is no longer replying to my e-mails so i'll have to find a way to study with tu jin-sheng!

 

edit: this seems to be a better alternative http://www.qigongpenis.com for those of us who can't afford to fly, it's $60.

Ric, I cycle my training, basically several months off between a few weeks to months on...nutrition is significantly different during training cycles, but the highlights are that caloric intake is ~1500/day, largely greens, nuts and fruits supplemented by L-arginine, bromelain, pygeum, Fo-Ti and goji berries.

Wow. I'm very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with your experience. Based on your comments I have to think that the origin of your dissatisfaction is founded in involving your scrotum in your exercises.

 

Your further comments are inconsistent with my experience. Thank you very much for your warning though, it's very important to know of peoples' experiences in order that others are as best informed as possible.

 

I think it ranks as the greatest understatement that I can think of to say that it's been a good thing in my Life.

It is irrelevant which "master" I learned the practice from. The truth is that MANY of the students of that famous guy in Hong Kong who pulls trucks with his tool have had surgery to fix themselves. I know this because at the time I was linked into that sort of circle. Nobody will talk about this publicly. All these "masters" think about is making money, and selling courses and equipment on this practice is as irresponsible as Dr. JK who sells penis pumps!

 

Asian men in particular are attracted to this practice because they tend to have small dicks. Not all asian men do--some actually have big dicks, but the great majority have small dicks and so they get attracted to these stupid practices that promise sexual potency because they think they can compensate. I know a few famous "stars" from Honk Kong and they are ALL kept by wealthy Chinese businessmen who drink all these yang concoctions and do strange practices and then fuck these gorgeous girls half-to-death once-a-month when they are in town on a business trip. i took a old shirt and cut off the bottom part of it and that's my "cloth" and as for my weight, i got a old bottle of a supplement i used to take and filled it half way with water. i used the same knot that's described in that video to tie the bottle. to my surprise, this doesn't hurt or feel bad at all, it actually feels pretty good.

Yea, my guess right now is that you may not want to tie it around your balls...which may cause bleeding or burst capillaries/arteries...and that is NOT good.

 

Cuz, SheepishLord got bleeding and says he now suffers for it. This may have been due to tying around his sack.

 

Whereas, Xenolith doesn't tie arond his sack, says he never got bleeding or injuries and still swears by it.

 

So, morals of the story so far may be:

 

Don't tie it around your sack.

If you bleed, you're doing something wrong.

yes but look at the amount of weight plato was putting up, that's dangerous even if you have an instructor. i believe the bone marrow washing method is supposed to tie around both, which causes me absolutely no discomfort (in fact, it causes pleasure, i had to stop cause i kept getting erections).

 

try it yourself vortex, it takes 5 minutes to prepare and you'll see what i mean. take a pair of scissors and make an incision on the bottom of a shirt (the part that's stitched) and then rip off the rest with your hands. get any small bottle or container and fill it with water (it shouldn't really feel heavy in your hand), use the knot described in the video and voila.

 

edit: almost forgot to mention, make sure the knot is on bottom and in middle so that the weight is equally divided, i believe it was plato who mentioned that this was essential.

Hey interesting xeno

Reason I ask is that I often have 1700 or so calories a day when I am just eating natural unrefined foods -

I am trying to figure out if it the norm for advances chi kung practioners to be able to daily eat like 1000 -1500 calories and be active sexually and mentally and physically -

The thing is at this level vasodilation is naturally great but I waste away -literally my bodyfat gets down to low single digit levels which isnt too good for the libido or my mood

Goji berries are king I must say I eat them often

Raw Celery is good too

does anyone else get an erection when weight lifting? every time i try to do it i have to stop 5 or 10 seconds in and wait for it to die down before i can start up again.

 

it also may be just me but i think my testicles have gotten noticeably larger too but wouldn't it be way to early to tell?
