Can anyone make a non-believer here feel their chi?

Recommended Posts

Can anyone here either move chi into someone else or make someone's own chi get stirred up in them to the point that they know it was definitely chi and not just a placebo?

i've been at this for awhile. Being able to affect a non-chi believer is very high level. Takes years upon years of practice, despite what anyone says. Most people can't even circulate chi in their own meridians, let alone affect other people. You have to be able to produce a type of light and luminous energy before the average joe can sense your qi.

So...i say, work on your practice. But don't bother convincing people, because its going to take a long time.

Its depends on both the skill and power of the practitioner and the level of openess and sensitivity of the recipient. Even those with a strong belief in qi don't always feel it.

A more interesting test would be to utilize machines that measure nerve activity or other biological responses. Even if a person can't directly feel qi, using it on them can still have an affect.

Even the most insensitive person experiences *something* around someone who is developed...whether they can consciously appreciate that or not.

Something they should realize is that not being able to consciously recognize something that's there, is a personal fault and a disability...such a person can be considered "unconscious" regarding most of their life experience.

The entire realm of belief is a complete lie, regardless of whether the beliefs are true or false...so whether a person believes or doesn't believe in an aspect of reality, really doesn't matter. Whether you believe the earth is flat or round is meaningless...it is neither in reality, which functions independently of concepts.

Look, what I am trying to get at is, if someone here knows they can make a non-believer feel their chi. Then they should go to the James Randi foundation and say: "hey, I have this ability that allows me to send chi to other people and they can feel it and they know when they feel it and when they don't feel it. So I want my skills put to the test so that I can win a million dollars and most importantly help prove to the world that chi is real, and even more importantly that Taoism and meditation are real, and they need to be practised by more people.

So then most importantly we can debunk some of the myths and get the word out about the truth of real spiritual growth. In order to help us here on this earth evolve more faster.

Peace.

And make yourself a big ass target, you do know the JRF prize is funded by the D.O.D. right? And it isn't possible to remain anonymous even if you don't want the cash.

Even if you were able to force the scientific community to acknowledge these abilities without "disappearing" into a lab somewhere, the newage nutjobs would come out of the woodwork and claim their silly practices like dancing naked around campfires were suddenly validated and authentic, so in the end you'd probably see more people being deluded with BS practices.

As for convincing the skeptics see: http://thetaobums.co...empirical-data/

I think the fastest route would be to get a top university to do a study on measuring how qi projection influences individual cells. If you could for example have a Harvard study showing how qi projection shrinks cancer cells then it could be a game changer.

You can absolutely guarantee that will not be what happens.

To quote a leading British cancer specialist, in direct conversation with me, in his office, last summer;

"I don’t need to tell you that, you know all too well. There is no honesty in the cancer world. I should know. It’s been my life for thirty years"

And to quote an influential cancer researcher, who spoke to me, face to face, in the spring of this year;

"I have no doubt healing works, and works very effectively too. But I have no model to place it into. So I won’t be able to understand the results of the study. I know it will show healing is highly effective, as I have looked at it before. But I will look foolish if I prove something works, without having a mechanism to explain it by. You won’t find anyone willing to study your work. Not because it doesn’t work. But because we don’t know what to do with the result.”

I'm not sure how that would help.

There is a lot of scientific data regard psi research that it flatly ignored by the skeptical community.

Even something which has great data such as acupuncture is dismissed by the real skeptics.

For people like Randi (who incidentally has been reported as fabricating parts of his own research), they are to far opposed to anything beyond the mainstream to be objective.

There is a middle way and I'd point to someone like evolutional biologist Rupert Sheldrake as having compelling data on psi.

If you're looking for data on Chi, I'd head to acupuncture research. I believe the results of a huge international study are due to be released this week so watch the press.

But bear in mind that the larger scientific community is not open minded about these kinds of things. I think because it would radically alter their own beliefs. It would be a huge huge moment for science and for our civilisation if any of this stuff were conclusively proved to be true.

But accept that if you're closed minded to this kind of thing them that is a dogma in itself.

If you can come to the middle and embark on research without a prior opinion then you'll find load of interesting stuff.

Read this:

VISUAL INATTENTION OR NEGLECT

When there is brain damage to the right hemisphere, neglect of the opposite side of space may result. In other words, the person with a stroke on the right side of their brain not only has difficulty moving the left side of the body but also will ignore objects or people on that side. They may not eat food on the left side of the dinner plate, may ignore people at their left side, may not read the left half of the newspaper, may not comb the left side of their hair, and may bump into furniture on the left side of the pathway.

http://alzonline.phh...y/guide_ch9.php

20.08.2012 - Chapter 9: Change of Vision

When these people are asked why they negleted half their hair, they might respond "It's fine, i like it" or "why do you care?". This blindness is equal much ignorance as it is denial, challenging their view will most likely make them uncomfortable.

This is very much how people are to Qi, they don't want to see it since they can't comprehend it, even if it is effecting them day to day. Its like a pink elephant in the room that everyone putting energy into ignoring and forgetting; some kind of "active blindness".

The best path is just learn how open a person is, and try to teach him stuff "at his level". You won't convince people about Qi unless they are ready for it, or else they will just repress the knowledge over time and just move on with their life.

Yes.As an example, the poor person who dropped round to borrow a book, last week.I accidentally blasted her with chi from 10-15 feet away. She had no idea what I was doing, so didn't know to expect anything. Instant and severe 'sunstroke' symptoms for two days. Severe headache, nausea, bad eyes, dizzy and floaty. Said it felt like being punched. She definitely knew about it. I've met a few people who can do it.

i can believe this cuz the symptoms you stated are the same symptoms ppl tell me when i affect them....but what i dont believe is that it was a "ACCIDENT" i mean come on from 10-15 feet.... you haved to be at a extremly high level to ACCIDENTLY hit some one with chi from that far away, and at that high of a level you should have more control, so be careful...those severe headaches you speak of can put people to sleep, and via COMA.....

i can push my chi into people by touching them and from 6"inches away...

....anyone trying to do Neigong to win 1million dollars, is not smart, nor will they have a chance at succeeding cuz there thoughts in meditation would be too busy day dreaming about what they will do with the money...

also in my opionion, if no one has recieve the money yet then the guy himself is a high practicioner in Chi Manipulation and is prolly keeping lower level ppl from achieving the money ....lolz or something like that... or not, who cares....

id rather be Immortal then be a millionaire.....

I say if you know you can make other feel your chi, then there is no reason why you can't prove it. Besides until James Randi is satisfied no hardcore pseudo-skeptics will be satisfied either. You we need to do is take a highly respected person like James Randi to do it within the pseudo-skeptic community. You can choose to have only sensitive women as your testers as they are probably more sensitive to chi probably and have them fill out a questionnaire as to how sensitive they are in life. They can't be in a punk rock croup for instance. They need to be mellow in life that is not stressful. In order to be sensitive enough for this study. Preferably a young to mid-age women that does not have a stressful job and the job is non-physical. They need to listen to mellow music. Like classical or country. They need to almost have a third sense in life for the finer things, (Whatever that is.). I don't think this would matter to James Randi but it would be a great benefit for you.

The benefits to society would be priceless. I can imagine chi centers popping up all over the place in order for people to discover and refine their chi. Within 100 years it will have a compounding effect and it will put a spotlight on what real spiritual progress is. It's progress one can make through meditation, chi production and chi optimization.

Peace.

The sooner the above happens, the sooner the traditional secretive Taoist traditions will start breaking from their tradition of secrecy to start telling the world secrets which have been kept secrets for thousands of years. It is up to you to do this if you can. Do be secretive. Where would scientists be today if they all just never told anyone there secrets and they formed a cult where nobody could get in. They had super cheap energy devices and they could make anything easily and cheaply. They were rich and they didn't tell everyone else. Because they thought the others were not ready for it yet. Or some BS.
