An excellent documentary I found explaining the traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. Tibetan Buddhism is considered by many to be the most authentic form of Buddhism still in existence today. Included in this documentary is video footage of Yoga practices called Tummo and Trulkor-

tibetan yogis and yoginis take vows of secrecy to learn it, but now the culture is disappearing and they are showing the world a little tip-o-the iceberg

Yeah, I want to get these Yoga practices, but I have no idea how or where you get them.

I dont know about Trul khor but theres some good books on Tummo

"The practice of the six yogas of naropa"

"The bliss of inner fire"

Are 2 i've checked out, very informative, but still the Lamas highlight the importance of a Guru to guide you.
