Do you want martial qi gong or health qi gong.

 

Not many just Qi Gong schools around.

 

I teach various Qi Gong sets, within my Baguazhang system or from other sources.

 

I have practiced hard style and internal so called soft styles.

Health Qi gong, but that is what I am finding out that there are many different styles. I was asking because I went to a Qi revolution in Orlando and of course it's a money making machine. Jeff primack created the form which he trains instructors to teach. I was just wondering if there is an authentic form out there. Thanks for responding to my post!
