Enlightenment in higher Education?

Recommended Posts

Anyone know where to find it? I am sure it exists but where?

I recently found this institute at Harvard:

http://www.johnemackinstitute.org

Not exactly sure what you are asking about, but I found these two university related sites.

http://www.21school.ox.ac.uk/goal/

http://www.fhi.ox.ac.uk/

Also found some educational sites that I am currently exploring but they are not specifically tied to any Higher Education Organization, which in my mind makes them more relevant and sincere.

http://beyondmaya.awardspace.com/

http://www.anthropic-principle.com/

http://www.nickbostrom.com/

http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/Vines/1320/cclinks.html

Am I on a relevant wave-length?

Here is the main site with all the research institutes under its domain.

Thank you for the links, this is the wavelength I am looking for more of, I wish these people were a little more aware of the benevolent holistic arts and sciences, but they are coming very close perhaps.... Thank you.. got to be some more out there, eh?

GT - I'm also not sure what you're looking for - in terms of education, I did a lot of research on it - have a look at www.creativelearningcentre.com also check out Vera Birkenbihl - she's got some cool techniques for teaching/learning... And Brain Gym is a way of using physical excersises to improve learning (they secretly use energetic techniques - but pass em off as neurological feedback techniques so that it can be more mainstream).

Freeform, this is not exactly what I am looking for, more like programs universities with enlightened people/curriculums. However, I find this Brain Gym program extremely interesting. What else can you share about it?

You can get most of the effective energetic stuff that they teach from Donna Eden - she's got a book called Energy Medicine that I would recommend to anyone into energy practices - she's the real deal!
