"All things, material and spiritual, originate from one source and are related as if they were one family. The past, present, and future are all contained in the life force. The universe emerged and developed from one source, and we evolved through the optimal process of unification and harmonization."

"Love is all you need." the Beatles

Wasn't it "All you need is love."? :P

The spoon and the thing observing the spoon are the same thing, you can't bend the spoon only yourself.

I kinda experienced that recently when my imagined hand reached into an imagined pocket, grabbing an imagined watch in order to reaffirm my belief of time. All this felt like a mere projection of an internal process and thus the visible manifestation seemed redundant.

So maybe both the Atheists and the Christians were right at the same time. The damdest thing is there is no paradox here anymore.

The Atheist says that God does not exist.

The Christian says that God does exist.

This results in a paradox as they cannot both be right.

But what if in fact... they are both right... Both right at the same time..

What if nothingness, void or the emptiness is all that really exists.

According to physics empty space is anything but empty, it's full to the brim with virtual particles that exist as a particle and it's antiparticle fused together.

Hawking says that at the edge of a black hole the event horizon it will break apart a virtual particle pair and suck in the anti particle and it will eject the particle back into space. The anti particle will eat away at the black hole, and eventually the black hole will evaporate and cease to exist. The act of seeding the universe with particles is called hawking radiation.

So what if matter in our world now was once just virtual particles that were split from their anti particles. In essence to begin with it was nothing. Or rather it was emptyness or void, that which we cannot see, the space in between the planets and galaxies.

If you dig a hole, you wind up with a hole in the ground, and a big pile of dirt, but if you put the dirt back into the hole, there is neither a hole, nor a pile of dirt, but both still exist, they didn't go anywhere.

Countless different Qigong and meditation exercises exist. All teach the basic idea of using consciousness to go into the emptiness where thoughts ultimately cease or greatly diminish and sensory connections to our bodies fade. We and everything in our world are all from the emptiness and will go back to the emptiness. It is a state of pure energy where we are one with the universe. Our bodies naturally direct us to the emptiness. When we get sick, for example, the first place we go is not to the hospital, but to bed. When we sleep, we feel relaxed and peaceful. We bring our mind and body into the emptiness. Everybody does this automatic meditation without noticing it during sleep and periods of deep relaxation. Most of our daily energy blockages are opened and resolved in this way The deeper you go into the emptiness, the faster your body will heal. By practicing Qigong we go into the emptiness where we effortlessly balance the Yin and Yang, the female and male energy. As the balance of energy comes back, the body heals.

-Chunyi Lin creator of spring forest qigong

The one is the source of the many, returning is the motion of the Tao, and the science guys got it ass-backward. The universe isn't flying apart, it's flying together.

like a bubble in an ocean of silence, it is a dream where anything is acceptable and nothing goes.

"Everything will be OK in the end. If it's not OK, it's not the end."

the paradox lies in it perceiving itself and therefore it seems as if there are 2 but in reality only one, the observer(Existence, God, Universe, whatever u want...ultimately us and our internal reality) and what it is observing(external reality) are one, just the illusion that they r seperate, kinda like what more pie guy said

Good way of putting that. B)

Non-duality means that the (perceptual) distinction between Observer & Observed disappears. Since we normally identify ourselves as the "Observer," to us this initially feels like our "self" has disappeared and that there is simply "no self."

"True"...but in the larger analysis, what's fully happened is that the whole dividing line between Observer/Observed doesn't exist (perceptually anymore). Whereas, saying that there is "no self" - is still operating within that dualistic paradigm - and implies that there is only the "Observed" left. But, true non-duality actually transcends both sides of that coin.

So, what's left is a bizarre "quantum dream" state that may be neither fully "objective reality" or "subjective perception." Or I don't really know...I'm just rambling now..

Anyhow, the state of "oneness" traditionally occurs sometime after the macrocosmic orbit has already been opened.

A higher level, Xu Wu, that can occur while practicing Spontaneous Five Animals Play Qigong, is where the practitioner experiences a sense of emptiness. Everything stops, the practitioner feels as though he/she is one with the universe. Time and space disappear. The only feeling is of certain acupuncture points pulsating. Five minutes in this state is equal to one hour of quality sleep. When in this state to merely think of 5 animals can bring on the 5 animal movements spontaneously, effortlessly and with perfect execution, and these movements can last for as long as the practitioner desires. Just a mere thought of Small Universe or Large Universe will bring on each requested state. It is the state of total control of the mind over one's body and emotions. However, to reach this state, normally it takes a lot of practice.
I think this basically happens when you open your xuan guan and see the "white strobe light."
The Mysterious Gate has many names. In Confucianism, it is called the altar of wisdom. It embodies limitless compassion. It is a consciousness without thoughts and it reflects the way of heaven. It is intuitive knowledge and reflects the way of earth. In Buddhism, the Mysterious Gate is the spirit mountain, the empty consciousness of original mind, or nirvana, the realm of the Amitabha Buddha. In Taoism, it is the Golden Palace, the realm of t’ai-chi, the domain of the Three Pure Realms, the root of existence of all things. Although it is given different names by the three religions, it is nonetheless the same thing. In Confucianism, when this gate is opened, the sage emerges. In Buddhism, when this gate is opened, the Buddha

emerges. In Taoism, when this gate is opened, the immortal emerges

Didn't the b100 days of building the foundation get posted somewhere? I suppose that would be a good start to experiencing oneness (maybe?)
