Snow Lion

Recommended Posts

The snow lion born of nectar seeds falling down over cold love with a heart of fire melting down pulled by the valley spirit.

Alone, alone wishing to be together again in gardens dew.

With heat of fire the ice of reason born of true hearts boon abounds in plenty.

Let it flow

In your beautiful words I see: Reversion is the action of the Tao.

How mysterious the idea of cold love over a burning heart, and yet at some point we learn that true love is impersonal i.e. cold. Cold in that it doesn't require another warm heart to match it - rather, the warm heart generates the cold love for every thing and every body. It is hot and cold at the same time.

You are the Snow Lion. From nectar indeed your wisdom was born. I see in you a fellow seeker and salute your talent for abstract thought.

After the embrace,

Once the ice becomes free,

The echo maze begins.

Afraid to melt yet you’ve come this far,

Choice,

That’s the trap.

Looking in every mirror,

Nothing but the sun,

Know thee not?

The answer was always in the question,

So do you know?

The greatest love.
