Shepherd Posted August 19, 2011 26 Male, Dallas TX I have, within the last 9 months discovered benefits with semen retention. As with many aspects of my life there seems to be more than a physical explanation as to how I have gotten where I am. My seeking on how to retain has brought me to this web site many times, there are no other men around me that even appreciate retention or especially the transmutation (which I am seeking so VIGOROUSLY) that I practice. Through reading online, in book stores I have read parts of books on Taoism and retention techniques. The retention techniques work, I have tried them. But, what I am seeking is to know how to transmute that energy instead of release it or suppress it. I want to harness the energy not get rid of it. Truth is that I failed tonight, again. I cant even put my words together right. I am getting tired of failing and I really really would appreciate wisdom, knowledge, help. Thank you for your time and the knowledge you have already shared.
