Michael Winn's version. this qigong goes with the kan and li practice. i find it to be very effective, but it really needs knowledge of kan and li to achieve maximum results. extremely powerful stuff. first one i've loved as much as primordial, and easier to learn. goes with any level kan and li.

 

since it's one of the only things that cost more in china than the US, you pay postage. keep dvd for three weeks.
