Help My Penis, This Is Not A Joke

SO GUYS COULD SOMEONE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS PENIS EXERCISE I FOUND ON THE INTERNET. I FOUND IT IN A MANUAL FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT BUT THE TEXT WAS TAKEN FROM SOME WHERE ELSE PREVIOUS TO THAT, SUPPOSELY ITS AN ANCIENT TAOIST EXERCISE BUT THE EXPLAINATION LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED, AND IT ALSO DOES NOT HELP THAT I ONLY HAVE A MINOR KNOWLEGDE OF QIGONG AND BREATHING EXERCISE FROM KUNG FU LESSONS SO I NEED SOME HELP UNDERSTANDING PARTS OF IT. I HAVE ATTTEMPTED IT BUT FEEL I NEED MORE KNOWLEGDE, SO IM GOING TO POST THE EXTRACT AND THEN SOME QUESTIONS ON IT THAT I HOPE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER

TECHNIQUE THREE

This is one of the ancient sexual secrets. It involves stretching the penis in both flaccid & erect state. As is the case with most of these Ancient methods and healings, it is a little esoteric and describes some practices that may be unfamiliar to you. But for purposes of this manual, we will print the technique as it is described in the Taoist teachings:

Inhale the air through your nose into the throat, then swallow and press it down to the stomach. When the air reaches your lower abdomen, press it into the penis itself. Take the 3 middle fingers of your left hand and press them to the Hui-Yin midpoint between the anus and the scrotum. This lodges the power in your penis. Resume normal breathing, still keeping the left fingers at the midpoint. With your right hand, begin exercising the penis by pulling it forward & backward, stretching it out in a smooth rhythmical motion 36 times. Use your thumb to rub the glans of the penis until it is erect. With your right hand, circle the penis firmly at its base. Still holding firmly, slide your hand forward an inch. This locks the air energy into the penis, pushing it toward the head. Pull the penis out to the right, then rotate with a stirring action 36 times clockwise and counter- clockwise. Then pull the penis out to the left and do the same. The energy of many of your body organs flows into the penis, which enhances its tone and function. Complete the exercise by gently beating the inner right thigh with your erect penis 36 times, then beat the inner left thigh 36 times.

OK so the first of my questions is on the line "Inhale the air through your nose into the throat, then swallow and press it down to the stomach. When the air reaches your lower abdomen, press it into the penis itself ." what is meant bye this line, i understand breathing into your abdomen but have no idea how to send the air (which i guest is chi) into your penis could some help me here

 

secondly i have a problem with the next line "Take the 3 middle fingers of your left hand and press them to the Hui-Yin midpoint between the anus and the scrotum. This lodges the power in your penis." firstly i do not know exactly where the hui-yin piont is, i know it is somewhere between the anus and scrotum but still find it hard to find. also have anyone got any good ideas about how to reache this place so the hand is not in the way when " Resume normal breathing, still keeping the left fingers at the midpoint. With your right hand, begin exercising the penis by pulling it forward & backward, stretching it out in a smooth rhythmical motion 36 times." i reache from behind but its still a bit of a stretch. also has anyone any pointers on how to hold the penis, how long a stretch from front to back should take in seconds and how far backward and forward the penis should be stretched.

 

p.s i have been doing a deer exercise and other pc exercise as well and have had good results, i would appreciate any ideas or variations for this exercises and any knowlegde of other such exercises

Two things come to my mind: maybe you coulds change "Penis" to "Lingam" or something (not that I am prude, but this morning I asked myself what happened to the forum...) and the second: what is the problem with yours? you do not ask for help with the exercise in the topic line but for help with your male sex organ...

Funny, I thought of the same thing when I saw the title. :)

As for the exercise I can`t really comment, since I have too little experience in this area. However, it seems a bit "agressive" to me, the three finger press is not encouraged, especially if you do it on a regular basis.

Hey I actually think everyone should be able to post questions around here. Even with stupid topic-titles. The familiar and friendly nature of taobums that I absolutely love can actually be a hindrance sometimes since it may keep people from expressing themselves out of fear of ridicule or embarrasment! Think about it.

 

I'm sure there are a few of us (including me) who are a bit afraid of asking stupid questions or bringing up questions concerning intimate details of our private life and similar things that might put us in a bad light in respect to the other bums around here.. Yeah that's really stupid I know! :rolleyes:

I think I misread the exercise the first time... When I saw pressing the hui yin I immeadiatly thought of preventing ejaculation with it, the dangers of which are described on Keith`s awesome site: Alchemical Taoism: Dangers of the Million Dollar Point

I still think though that too much pressure shouldn`t be used as it is a bit of a sensitive area.

I don't understand why you would do these excercises for your penis when you could be doingsimiliar practices for your chakra's or something.

*I* personally, you know, have a very big penis. my erections are like rock solid hard... and I get so big and purple and throbbing... and this happens anywhere. I have to wear two pairs of super-tight briefs if I ever want to contain the thingin my pants... unless I want to wear a suit of armor...

 

anywas, if you just want a bigger penis.. I would suggest something that is not so... meditation intense. I'd suggest enhancements.(I don'tknow of any to suggest.)

try taking viagra regularly.

Dude, this garbage you are reading is from "Taoist Secrets of Love" ghost-written by Michael Winn, a guy who doesn't even have sex with real live women!

 

The exercise you describe doesn't work! Plus, you can injure yourself doing it. There are only a few things you can do that will legitimately enlarge your penis. Everything else yields no results or injury.

 

1. Use an aneros device will allow more blood flow into the penis, increasing penis size.

2. Daily ingestion of wolfberries and high potency cod-liver oil provide the hormones for expansion of the penile chambers and the resiliency to handle the expansion.

I find Saw Palmetto has an effect of penis size, when I take it my penis seems to

get bigger when erect and flacid, I think it has something to do with an incresed

blood flow to the lower extremities.

I had read something interesting awhile back that wasn't proven but actually sounded reasonable. There are certain androgen receptors that bind with DHT to actually grow the penis. Over time, I can't remember if the receptors become desensitized or they bind with something less powerful than DHT so the penis can actually *shrink* as men get older..and for women it would be the clitoris. Bodybuilders work with the concept to grow muscle too, it's not all just muscle breakdown/repair that grows huge muscles. Plato, I know you're familiar with DHT and stuff from your research on the prostrate, so i think the ideas are similar. For example, there is research proving that testosterone levels actually control the strength of the perineum, not really exercise. I think Linn might touch on this subject, but I have a really tough time getting information out of his website. If someone could summarize that information without bad english and xrated pics that would be good info to debate/discuss.

On the size problem, I don't think guys should worry about size unless they have a health problem that is causing a less than fully inflated penis. We should always be rock hard. Whether it's 6 or 12 inches doesn't matter. The important thing is to find a partner that fits. Being too big for a small girl is a problem and something men encounter just as often as being too 'small'. Being too big is just as tragic in a relationship.

Anway, plato did I get that from your stuff about finding the right fit? Want to give proper attribution as some of your ideas are brilliant. Since I already contributed a humorous thread on penises (and there are a few here to choose from), I thought my 2cents worth would fit on this thread...

Vaginal sex with someone you want to make happy several times a week and not striving for your orgasm or even fore-going your orgasm will build your stamina and it is said to enlarge your erect penis's size as well. I would say this is the case.

I was blessed with having been in high-school from 1968-1972... sex was a very safe and popular activity. Many if not most young ladies in NYC were on the pill and there were few sexually transmited deseases compared to today. Please note that most "penis enlarging" pills and exercises can do damage to your penis. Unless you are really small you should not try to enlarge it. If you are < 3 inches your physician can talk to you about surgery in which they would use your own penis (most of it is inside the body anyway) to lengthen it.

If you start messing with your plumbing you can stretch or tear ligaments that are essential to full erection and if you start using pills (the snake oil you get ads for in your email) you can seriously mess up your circ. system in the same area. There is the chance that these things can lead to impotency later in life. As long as you have a "normal" hard erection, you are fine...

I've been practicing taoist yoga for several years. That thing about moving the air down, in my opinion, refers to moving the subtle energy of the air to the penis. I've not practiced such things, just because I'm happy with my dick, even if it's not a Nacho-Vidal-sized one, ha, ha.

 

Anyway, I've got a theory. Our physical appearance is closely linked to the karma we must fulfill in the present life, so I think everyone should be confortable with its body, even if his penis is tinny or his nose is large.
