Nondual Pointing Out Instructions

Thanks for sharing Forest.. its really what spirituality is all about, on many levels. :)

Nothing complicated, but at the same time work needs doing to sustain the coming and going awareness, until such time the coming, going and awareness becomes inseparable.

Nice weekend everyone! :)

Perhaps not so much of 'sustaining' but more on 'deconstructing' what that we deeply held as coming and going. When the boundaries are dissolved, the source, the coming and the going, all becomes indistinguishable.

Yes, you could be right, TaoIsFlowing! Thanks for the input. There are certainly hints of deconstruction at the onset of a spiritual sort of awakening, where insightful glimpses are first gained.

(and a warm welcome to TTB! :) )

We don't see that Spirit is fully and completely present right here, right now, because our awareness is clouded with some form of avoidance. We do not want to be choicelessly aware of the present; rather, we want to run away from it, or run after it, or we want to change it, alter it; hate it, love it, loathe it, or in some way agitate to get ourselves into, or out of, it. We will do anything except come to rest in the pure Presence of the present. We will not rest with pure Presence; we want to be elsewhere, quickly. The Great Search is the game, in its endless forms.

I don't understand where this avoidance of our awareness comes from?

I heard another theory that is the clinging to the body that creates a "self" which in turn creates separation and non-complete awareness.
