I don't know if this has been covered already, but I felt like I'd share a little of what I'm interested in and hopefully get to know something about ya.

 

This is a link to an Ayurvedic website that sells Ayurvedic medicine. My dad sells it in his store, and it has always fascinated me.

 

Anyways, here's the link. Sure, the test and result all tie in to flaggin their merchandise, but you can ignore that and simply appreciate the wealth of knowledge at hand!

Here is a book I like that does Ayurvedic nutrition a little differently, by having food lists for mixed dosha types. For instance, it includes vata-pitta, pitta-kapha, vata-kapha...

I would like to note, now that you mention it, that the above site does detail mixed doshas. To what degree, I do not know, and I am sure a book on Ayurvedic diets will be much more thourough than an online site, but I want to point out that the site does cover mixed doshas.
