Electro Man on Stan Lee's Superhumans show

Can anyone really be immune to electrocution? Rumor has it that Rajmohan Nair possesses this unique power. Just one tenth of an amp can kill an ordinary person, but Daniel Browning Smith witnesses Nair passing more than 30 times that amount through his body and emerging completely unscathed.

They got an OHM meter to test his skin resistance and it was 10 times stronger than normal.... Nair said that his mom died when he was 7 years old so he climbed up to an electric wire to commit suicide but discovered he wasn't killed. He says it's a gift from God.

So he actually fries an egg on the show -- conducting the amps through his body.

The electricians state that Nair is a fake because of the low voltage that was used for the wire.... http://community.history.com/topic/15215/t/Talk-About-Stan-Lee-s-Superhumans.html Looked real enough to me.

Yeah I saw this show last fall -- but it must have been just a "test run" show and then their producer contact was forwarded to me so I could recommend Chunyi Lin for their show. So they took down the website info -- and asked some questions but I didn't hear about any follow-up.

Next week features Shaolin monk Shi Yan Ming who defected from China in 1992 and lives in NYC. The preview says his punch has the strength of a 30 mph car crash!

Yeah so it states the secret is speed -- actually acceleration -- instead of mass -- for the power of force.

One of my teachers played a practical joke on a salesman who sold TENS units. He picked up the demo unit, cranked it up to max and put it on, to no effect at all. "This is a broken piece of junk," he said. When the salesman tried it afterwards, of course it worked perfectly.

Daniel investigates to find out if he has a genetic difference that sets him apart. Warrior monk Shi Yan Ming shocked the world by moving to New York in 1992, marking the first time that a Shaolin monk has ever defected from China. By harnessing the power of Qi, or vital energy, he's taken Bruce Lee's infamous "one-inch punch" to a new level.
