Level three has been deleted off scribd. That is a shame as I practice merpti puthi and wanted to compare training methods. As for level 1 and 2 the methods are the same but curious as to how they train vibration

I understand that we are in the information age but I'm just wandering if posting the actual material is the correct thing to do?

I dont see the problem.The inner power is just bullshit,so I think nobody should pay for it anyway.The best stuff is already free.SFQ is the only method I think I would be willing to pay for.But again,what can help peolpes health shouldnt be keept secret or needed to pay for.
