You know, I mostly prefer classic books, which are known, I guess, by the all people here.

I Ching (Wilhelm Translation)

Tao Te Ching (Lao Tzu) :) :) :)

The Art of War (Sun Tzu)

I think you can read these books during all your life and every time discover something new for yourself.

And also few rarities:

The Astrology of I Ching (Sherrill & Chu)

I Ching (Russian translation by Julian Shutsky)

Tao Te Ching

Biographies of Immortals - Legends of China - Special Edition by Herbert A. Giles, Frederic H. Balfour, Lionel Giles, and Shawn Conners

( i had not read it yet but it must be amazing)

http://www.amazon.com/Biographies-Immortals-Legends-China-Special/dp/1934255300/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1271497469&sr=1-1

Vitality, Energy, Spirit: A Taoist Sourcebook by Thomas Cleary

http://www.amazon.com/Vitality-Energy-Spirit-Sourcebook-Shambhala/dp/1590306880/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1271497592&sr=1-1#noop

Nw if you can find this book, you should have it like Gold treassure because is so hard to find, nowdays:

Hsi Yu Chi : A mission to Heaven. A great Chinese epic and allegory by Ch'iu Ch'ang Ch'un. Transl. by Timothy Richard. [illustr.] 1913 Shanghai

http://www.amazon.com/mission-heaven-great-Chinese-allegory/dp/B00086D7F6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1271497945&sr=1-2

a book of Wang Liping i would rather have:

Xing-Da-Dao (Entering Dragongate) , this is Wang Liping's teachings in his early years.( but not yet in english)

Regards

The power of now- Eckhart Tolle
Finally picked this up yesterday & read the first 80 pages...

Wasn't expecting much as a pop New Age book, but it was suprisingly REALLY GOOD. Basically talks about getting your mind out of the way, watching the observer (true self-awareness) & expanding out perpendicular to the space/time lines into the NOW (unlimited by spacetime). A lot of the same old concepts, but nicely bundled together through a modern experience in plain English.

All I could find was it original date: 1913, and some links to the Journey to the West.

Im actually not done with it but read alot and skimmed some.

Embryonic breathing By Yang Jwing ming is good. Has alotta've foundation in the beginning of the book aswell. Honestly even if your not going to practice the method, and are just looking for general knowledge its a good read.

All of that aside its a great book.
