With these two things, In one case there is profit, In the other there is harm. And even if Heaven dislikes certain people, Who would know who are to be killed and why? Therefore the Sage regards it as a difficult question. The things Heaven hates! Who knows why? Edit to add: I did not find anything from Chuang Tzu that spoke directly to this concept. Ciao Remember, "my" chapter 38 is not 'Chapter 38 of the TTC'. But to your alluded question, yes, there are chapters in the TTC that speak to a number of different concepts.
