Anti Aging Guy

Recommended Posts

Guest paul walter

Even though these photo's appear to be air brushed, he still looks pretty young in this video.

Couldn't find anything to press (or to impress for that matter) amongst all the mess on the website so will give it a miss. Notice how he wears his red collar in order to 'lift' his sagging face in the vid?

From a glance his anti-aging seems to be based on plenty of make-up, hair dye and calorie restriction, combined with decent genes.

Here are some free anti aging tips,

1) Do the five tibetans for 21 reps twice daily

2) Follow a Vegetarian diet

3) Take superfoods and Chinese herbs eg Cordyceps, Reishi, Ho Shou wu...

4) Meditate and do Chi Kung or Yoga

5) Think young, don't fall into the elderly mindset

Is it just me, or is that site a complete lack of information? Does he say, anywhere, what his magical "cure" actually is? I bet it's something along the line of "eat a lot of yoghurt and go running a lot".

I agree with DanC. There are easy ways to stay young, and they aren't exactly secret.

Do you know for sure the 5 Tibetans work.

From my experience and from what I've seen in a few people who do them

they don't work. Our hair has turned gray.

Don't know why they get so much credit.

Maybe we should start a 5 tibetans challange

Oh No!!!

Another Michael Jackson!

Don't care how young he looks - he is still going to die one day.

Sure, he'll look pretty laying in his casket. Big deal.

Peace & Love!

he wont tell us what his secret is.

He mentions Dr. Clive McCay - who is the man behind the calorie restriction research.

The images aren't original, they're definitely refined. Not even a 5 years old has a skin that glows like that. Makeup & Photoshop...

The other thing is that this is a typical "BUY MORE, PAY LESS, GET MORE, HERE YOU FIND EVERYTHING, DON'T GO ANYWHERE, WE CHANGE YOUR LIFE THIS INSTANT, GET ALL YOU WANT FOR LESS THAN EVER!!!!" kind of a site. In other words: it's JUST business.

And of course, he uses the name Elixxir, to avoid anyone finding a real photo (or a real date of birth) of him...

I kinda pity anyone who buys into this; my dad is 70 and looks as young as this '52' year old; albeit he's blessed with good genetics. He's been a smoker and food indulger for most of his life.

When I was 16 My ego rested on the flying back spinning kick...

...today I just want to get off the commode pain free!!!

I believe that the 5 tibetans do work, thing is I have never really dedicated myself too them, I just started to do them again every morning.

The only way too know if they really work is do them consistently for at least 1-2 years..

I did the 5 tibetans consistently from may 1994 to may 1998.

My hair still turned gray. A friend has been doing them for at least 10 years

and she is gray. She does them as a form of exercise.

I look much younger than I am - I believe this is due to being a vegetarian and exercise.

I look better and am in better shape now than when I was doing the tibetans.

My father looked older than his years and my mother younger.

I would like to know how many people have seen results.

FWIW, my opinion of the 5 tibetans is that they will give similar results as a good yoga/qigong program. Which is to say very good results, but there's nothing specifically magical about them.

Raw diet with super-foods and a lot of sleep will keep you look very young and fit.

Also if you rewire your energy body and physical body not to follow natural human/planetary clock of time, and actually go in reverse... This requires so much effort, and probably your mind will get stuck clinging to the physical form. A lot of so called "taoist immortals" who are still living are "stuck" this way. Some say it's worse then being a lay person and do nothing.
