Eat more nutritious food to increase your haemoglobin and blood quality. Don't day dream about lusty thoughts. Be active and not lazy (exercises will help). Thats all you need to get stronger erections that last longer than before!

I heard of a japanese 'exercise' once - every day, every other day or something, hang a bath towel on morning wood, see how long you can keep it there. :D

Thanks Haji for the reply. That was also my suspicion, that too many lusty thoughts diminish the male sexual potency. I also suspect that too many lusty thoughts can weaken the erection greatly. Please tel me if what I say is scientific. Thanx a lot.

Can anyone teach me an effective and safe exercise for stronger male erections?

Make the muscle around the base of the penis stronger by contracting it. It's the one that makes your penis "wiggle" upward when you contract it.

 

You would want your blood flow to improve, thus any exercise that improves blood flow is a good one. Just about any whole-body exercise does this.

 

Also, the less stress you have the more open the flow. If you are working 10 hour days at a stressful job, that's an obstacle to a good erection. Work as little as you can at a job you enjoy, if you care about your erection.

 

Of course, eat well, sleep well, goes without saying.

 

None of these things are particularly easy to do in our society. If you're a kind, compassionate and empathic person, chances are you have plenty of stress. It takes a psychopathic level of detachment not to be bothered by anything in our world. So if you're having some problems, you might want to avoid beating yourself up for it. It could be that you're a good person.

Yes, its true that lusty thoughts in the mind, or any confused and untamed mind for that matter, will not lead to full potential of the sexual power. Often the most pervert people are also the most impotent. Even sitting meditation will help. One who keeps watching porn most of the time, has more chances of not getting a proper erection (let alone a strong one) during the real act. Keep away from all the lust for some time, say a week, or even a month; then see how greatly you fulfil the potential of orgasm during the real act. Those who have good imagination area already gifted with better sexual quality.

 

 

During the sexual act the mind should be completely empty, and you should let your instincts do the act. That is another way to improve the outcome. Some people have a very occupied mind during the sexual act, this will also lead to a wasteful sex.

 

Also, the longest penis need not always be the best or the most satisfying for the partner. An average penis is enough, and even better sometimes; the only thing is to know the art of lovemaking and really involve the "love" part instead of making it a physical act alone.

Usually I'll lie on my stomach and do pushups with my pecker. The first one is the hardest. Once you've worked up to 15 you have a weapon for love or self defense. :blink:

 

 

Actually I've heard good things about Nattokinase, which has a reputation for cleaning up the pipes. I haven't used it myself, but check it out.

 

While frequent ejaculation is bad, I'm of the opinion getting a good hard on every few days is tonifying. It doesn't mean you have to ejaculate but keeping the flood gates in working order is good.

Erections = blood flow. (Assuming it isn't a psychological reason for impotence), you are likely in poor health or simply have poor circulation. Do 30 minutes of daily cardiovascular exercise (The harder, the better, but work your way up).

 

Eat a clean diet that will promote good circulation.

I don't know but is it normal for a person to need to stiffen up their muscles almost to the point of cramping in order to take pleasure in having sex with a woman? Even when I get in bed with a female that I consider quite attractive I always seem to have this problem. Even doing thrusting while one top gets to be a task more than a pleasure.

 

I only achieve an orgasm when she is on top, and I get to stiffen up my leg and foot muscles..

 

This is probably a problem. Lol.

It is my belief that a lot of men ruin their sexual pleasure and often also erections by masturbating too hard, too fast, in almost exactly the same way every time. Or from masturbating for ages without realy being present and deepening your pleasure while doing it in long sessions. Also always needing porn or strong fantasies can create trouble. To reverse this change it arround. If you are of the endless distracted type then do it quicker and with full focus on pleasure and and being at the peak to undo the programing of having semi hard erections. Or do it slowly, softly and varied to counteract the to hard repetitious style. This can be tricky as you might not feel much in the start but you will get sensitive again if you keep it up.

 

In witchs thread about kundalini I describe a kidney exercise in one of the last tew pages that will boost your kidneys which again means sexual power.

 

I find the shallow and deep thrusting style and actually all the taoist thrusting techniques to keep me harder as they intesify pleasure. JUst google it.

I think most herbs and supplements will generally just have a very short, temporary effect.

 

For longer term results:

 

- Open your kua with stretching

 

- Strengthen your kidneys

I am also having memory problmes these days despite having had a really great one before. There are probably multiple reasons. Burnout being an important one, excessive dampness in the head and ungroundedness another. My kidneys are really weak and spleen and liver unbalanced. It has gotten quite alot better recently, in large part because of getting rested and stressing myself less. I read somwhere that rest and relaxation is the most important thing for Jing restoration.

 

I have also been practicing a simple technique to boost the kidneys and I learnt this from a medical qigong doctor to improve memory. You take on foot and put it above the other knee/leg and hold it with the opposite hand so that your hand holds the inside of the leg right above your ankle. This should make your palm chakra be directly opposite spleen 6. Spleen 6 connects to the spleen, liver and kidneys so all these get a slight boost from this but that is a minute effect to the next step. You now slap the sole of your foot with the other hand so that your palm chakra more or less hit right at kidney one/bubley springs. This boosts this point a lot and when I do it I get energy boosting up from this point directly to my kidneys. I often do 400 twice a day. A normal person is advised to do no more than 500 a day in total (I think 100-300 would be plenty) but a person with a particular problem can do up untill 800 in total during a day. The kidneys get a massive increase in energy from this so I highly recommend it to anyone with weak kidneys.

 

There are a bunch of qigong forms that aim directly at working with and boosting the kidneys. Some of these should be simple enough to be learnt from dvd or books and there should be something on youtube. In your case it sounds like direct kidney work or direct jing work could be the right thing to do.

So, say you hold your right shin on top of your left knee with your left hand - and slap your (right) sole with your right hand? Or do I have the hands backwards?

 

- Clean your blood vessels with fibrinolytic enzymes (an interesting side effect I inadvertantly stumbled upon earlier this year)

 

- Preserve and cultivate your jing with meditation

you get whatever you want by practicing the actions require to complete your goal. pump up only w/ resistance bands. top it off IF you make it down the super tunnel, once you win add more resistance, you should be able to break thru the layers once you complete the preliminaries. always put training between what your aiming at, and completing your shot. the goal is to be able to perform fast or slow, being in flow w/ yourself and your partner/opponent to complete the connection into higher realms of accomplishment/experience.

 

 

ps- do not underestimate the simple, you can create a tunnel so tight you could never break through it, the idea is to give yourself gradual steps to completing the exercise, when you FEEL what it is you are accomplishing in your body (not just your erctn: but the YOU that is powering it) you will be in better touch withourselve instead of further disconnected by using tools the wrong way.

Definitely try out deer exercises if you want a bit more zing/energy.

 

Physically this is a very simplified version of Dr Lyn's Penile Power-up Method.

When you stimulated to almost the point of no return stop and massage the penis base/root and scrotum until the erection subsides (slightly) If you know how to draw up energy do that too. After a few minutes resume your earlier activities ;) Keep repeating this and you should notice a stepwise increase in erection size, strength and staying power. Personally I find after 3 or so rounds I have all the staying power I require.

 

A bit of a Dr Lyn quote to finish

Can a man power up his penis using some intercourse techniques? It is very difficult to say yes or no. First, I have to ask if he has a morning erection. The morning erection is an indicator of his undisturbed sexual potential level and a measure of his bioelectric system to get instantaneously recharged. Second, does he feel physically exhausted when the couple engages in sex? His sexual hormone and bioelectricity will run low at the instant when he feels exhausted. He can have his bioelectric system recharged by taking a 10-30 minute nap or meditation. Then, he can power up his penis with some intercourse techniques. To hold his erection longer, he should bring his mind into a peaceful, semiconscious (semi-meditation) state to emulate the mind state of the morning erection for intercourse.

 

In fact, the power-up techniques emphasize the applications of the man's sensory nerves to waking up his sexual power, as well as the sexual energy exchange through intercourse and kissing. Massaging his penis base/root and scrotum is always required for applying these power-up techniques during intercourse. There are two reasons for this requirement: one is to increase the blood and bioenergy/bioelectricity (Chi) fluxes into the penis, and the other to prevent the muscle supporting the penis erection from fatigue. The principle of the penis power-up method is based upon the increment of the resting and action potentials in the parasympathetic nerve of the male sex organ, the same principle as to engorge the female sex organ. Massaging the penis base will induce a pressure pulse to act on the symphysis pubis, which generates the bioelectricity by the piezoelectric effect of the pubic bone to increase the resting potential of the parasympathetic nerves in the penis. Once the parasympathetic resting potential is rising up, the action potential pulses will increase its surge level to make the penis harder and the erection last longer.

 

In addition, a man must know how to balance the ejaculation control and the sexual stimulation. He must allow a certain degree of the sexual stimulation to feed his parasympathetic motor nerves without upsetting his sympathetic nervous system that controls ejaculation or sweating. Sweating will force the sympathetic division to take over the control of the body functions in order to execute a "Fight or Flight" mission to protect the functions of other organs. This will result in softening the penis, instead of powering up the penis. A couple should avoid sweating in a session of intercourse. A long foreplay, saying 20-30 minutes, may cause this problem as well. Having sex in extreme conditions such as cold/hot weather, panic, sick, fatigue or tiredness will trigger the sympathetic nervous system to take over the control of the body functions.
