Here's a cool trick that fires energy from the back of the brain to the third eye. After meditating for a bit, close your eyes, roll them up to stare at the third eye point, use the tips of your index fingers to gently push your eyeballs up to the third eye point while using the middle fingers to close the nostrils. Take a comfortably deep breath and close the mouth and hold the breath in a relaxed manner so that there is pressure in the nasal cavities. During this time apply some gentle pressure and roll your eyes up to the third eye point.


Don't overdo it, just a few reps. Don't do this if you have problems with headaches or health problems in general.


You can not only feel the energy, you can see it!
