  1. Spirit->Organ Healing

    In the TCM system, it seems that our body is an energetic sack/ vessel. The Organs seem to be a denser manifestation. The Spirits are a "lighter" manifestation of the same "thing". If you can heal the Spirits thru healing the Organs....You can also heal the Organs thru healing the Spirit. If you are lacking Will, cultivate it and the Organ will grow stronger as well!! The Spirits also help us see which Organs are unbalanced. Its a two way street! This may help in understanding why a person may become diseased and then, go do things they always wanted to do ( healing the Spirit) and become healthy. Has anyone ever tried this? If so, what has your experience been? Peace.
  2. Spirit Guides

    If you are working with spirits, beings without bodies please enter this discussion. When working with "guides" I would suggest you do not look up or down at them - but do know and never forget - your body is your body - you own the treasure. Allowing someone else into your body or into a hand chakra knowingly is a bond you should take great care on doing. This is one of the single most dangerous undertakings you can become involved with though it is also quite easy and can be very fun and interesting. I would put the danger level near Heroin so please beware. You own the house - you choose the guests, and you choose when they leave. When they leave - they should take all of their energy with them and none of yours. Let them know they are not allowed to rearrange the furniture unless you say so and they must put everything back as it was before they leave - meaning they can't leave doors open and footholds to get back in. If you are pregnant stay away from this stuff. You talk to them - as the owner of the body - if you let them enter and take over - you get whatever karma they create with your body. 99.99999% of the time you are what could be termed the higher spirit - this common idea that a human is a lowly nothing is a few lightyears from reality. In order for them to really work well in your space you need to increase your cycles from around 10,000 - 15,000 to 30,000 and above. This makes no sense but postulating will do the trick. When you reach these stratospheric vibrations it is easy to move around. You can completely leave your body with your consciousness intact - sit in your hair and decide where to go! At this time it is easy to feel like writing a book, preaching to a crowd and defining the meaning of previously esoteric doctrine. (Try to resist the temptation - we have enough of those detours) Perhaps the most important thing is if you allow them into you conscious life they are VERY likely to become a huge part of your unconscious life - and quite possibly take over. If they do, it would most likely look like a king being driven around by ants, dictated by a rat. My point in all of this is: you are a miraculous being, take care who you allow to share your body and understand that they wear no badges greater than your own. (And they will appear and sound like angels, cowboys, doctors and magicians - whatever Your tastes would find appealing)
  3. I have all of Stephen T. Chang's books about taoism and love them. I find it very intriguing that he often pays tribute to a man called The Yellow Emperor, a pioneer of taoist healing. However, further research into the origin of the man known as the yellow emperor points to a possibility that he was a being from somewhere else in the universe who landed on earth for the purpose of spreading taoist healing principles and practices, amongst other things.... Have any of you heard of The Yellow Emperor, and does anyone know where he came from?
  4. Hearing Loss

    It has recently been brought to my attention (thanks cat, and others) that there might be a Qi Gong practice that could assist with my hearing loss or even repair the damage that has been done. My hearing loss has become a part of my life weather or not I wanted it to be, and I've been growing accustomed to the issues associated with being unable to hear fluidly and consistently in conversation only recently. I lost my (good) hearing when I was about 11 years old when I fell and hit my head and got a concussion. It's been a few short of 20 years now, I can read lips pretty well, but I don't know much sign and I have never known a practice I could implement into my personal cultivation that might assist or even repair my hearing loss. I can hear quite well mind you, but as if someone transposed the frequencies up a few hundred thousand hertz; I cannot hear low frequency sounds such as, but not limited to, my own voice lawn mowers, bass guitar, and Dart Vader, but high frequencies are crystal clear, so much so that the sound of crystals themselves gives the phrase a whole new meaning. I would love to be able to function more normally in conversation and social situations, however, I would miss the frequency gain if I had to sacrifice it to retrieve the frequency loss...
