  1. Livia Kohn

You’ve probably seen the interview here of Professor Dao, aka, Livia Kohn. If not I am sure you are familiar with Livia’s incredible work, both her original translations and many commentaries. Livia may be the most influential Taoist influence in the United States today. She should be, IMO, as she seems to be the best informed. Moreover she is the rare academic scholar PhD who is also a sincere practitioner. I can’t wait to meet Kohn in the afternoon of September 15th in Winter Park, Florida. You are invited to join with me, meet her, experience for yourself her energy, her practitioner skills. She has agreed to speak and show us a few things. It will be a small private group, first come first serve, but we may have some gates. Spontaneous community gatherings with senior practitioners like this are a rare opportunity to connect with the Dao. Contact me for more information.
  2. Hello - Have anyone ever heard of the name "Li Pek Wen" or "Li Pe Wen"? NOTE: Please consider it a "fuzzy" reference to the name, as I may get the surname wrong or the name pin-yin incorrect! That name was told to me verbally a while back... Supposedly a really famous daoist author of the ancient... Though I have no idea what he wrote!!! Thanks, Tedd
  3. I return to the Forum as DynamicTao

I have been an independent researcher on Tao philosophy since 1999. I hope to contribute to our understanding of the mystery of Tao. My first analysis is published as The Dynamic Tao and its Manifestations (2004). For the next 8 years, have been absent from most discussion groups due to my continued work on the principle and logic in the Tao Te Ching. I will soon publish my new works. I hope to be able to spend some time online to discuss the principle and logic of Tao. There will be some major hurdles to overcome, since very few people will believe in a logical Tao philosophy.
