Hi there,
I've been visiting this forum on and of for about two years, now finaly introducing myself to the community that i have been stalking all this time.
Beeing initiated and putting into practice the kriya yoga i learned from yogiraj siddhanath, i also have experience in the pranayam methods of kashmir sivaism, 8 maha kumbhakas wich are described in the hatha yoga pradipika, and methods i have learned that arent in the books as far as i know, as also the taoist methods from mantak chia wich were my introduction to this domain.
I feel this forum has an insteresting touch to it, beeing a gathering place of people searching out the knowlege and methods of body mind cultivation in taoism and beyond.
