seems to be a book for ppl who have a grasp on basic alchemy. but if you just seen your first john chang video today , this IS NOT THE BOOK FOR YOU. lmao^^^^ - also tell them about the spelling errors -it has a few other page errors (dealing with when to practice 11pm-1am) -also the text in the back NEEDS TO BE READ.

so some of you thought you were goin to ascend with your 20min practice? you have to train full time... 8-10hrs a day for everything, this is like a job. better yet this is a life style.... some of you are playing hobbies on the weekends...

lolz you just had to mention it..... i know over 300+ ppl who'd say differ. TECHNICALLY, its only OWNED per say, BY ME> freedom of information. lolz IKR> i know it makes and made alot of ppl angry i created the forum. but it has helped ppl. not to mention 90% of the ppl on the forum are from here....they just dont associate with the site in public.
